From the Beltway to the Backcountry

We are walking 350 miles through Utah to symbolize the step-by-step journey that we must take away from a carbon-based economy of consumption in order to address climate change.

Every mile of this journey is both personal and political.  At the end of each mile, we take a picture.  Each picture represents the step-by-step journey covered during that mile.  We hope that these symbolic steps will lead to effective and immediate acts to address climate change on every level of government and in every house.  As the banner that we carry says, "We're in this together."
