Moab Solutions

Picture
Sara Melnicoff is the driving force behind a local group, Solutions of Moab.  She works tirelessly to promote the lifestyle philosophy of "Respect, Rethink, Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle" through a variety of hands on projects that anyone can join, like picking up trash along streams, trails, and roads.

We will be walking with her and the Grand County High School Earth Club down Main Street in Moab on Halloween--a literal parade of horribles.
Come join us 4:00 at Swanny Park on October 31.

Thomas Arthur and the Earthanima Project

Picture
Thomas Arthur has a unique way of seeing the natural world and making it come alive.  A talented "contemplative juggler," he sees his work as making visible the subtle patterns and rhythms of the energies shaping life on this planet.

His latest piece of art is the Earthanima project:  an intimate performance and collaborative storytelling event giving voice to our living Earth.

He will be coming to Salt Lake in December to help celebrate the end of our journey in a night of shared pictures and stories that emphasize the connection of gravity and grace that we all share on this fragile earth.
